7 steps to manifest your “enough"
Manifest ways you can feel worthy enough to live your best life.
- Get clear on how worthy you are. You must AFFIRM your enough.
- Give gratitude for YOU. Yes, be thankful for ALL that you are.
- Work toward your ENOUGH every single day.
- Trust the process. TRUST that YOU are perfectly imperfect. We ALL are.
- Receive and acknowledge what you get. Be better not bitter for your life experiences.
- Keep Your Vibration High and ENERGY positive.
- Change your Mindset. Be positive!!!! Stop negative self talk. You don’t talk mean to others so don’t do it to yourself.

How are YOU talking to yourself? Listen to how YOU talk to yourself. When you wake up in the morning what is the first thing that you say to yourself? Lets start with - I am so grateful to be ALIVE. I am going to have a GREAT DAY. I AM SIGNIFICANT!!!!

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the average American spends 93% of their life indoors. Walk outside or take a drive. Take a breath of fresh air and see the sun.

MOVE YOUR BODY
Dance or exercise. Get up and move! Find something or several activities you love
to do and commit to it daily. Set a reminder and DO IT ANYWAY!
