Franklin Planner - Shannon Martinez
I’m so in love with this Teresa Collins Franklin Planner. This is a completely new system and layout for me. I think it’s exciting to try a new planner but it can also be a little intimidating.
If you’re not sure where to start, here a few tips that may help-
- Even if you stop at this first step, simply start by making it your own. Put your name in your planner! You can write, stamp or use stickers to add your name. It makes it personal and helps you take ownership of your plans.
- If you’re a decorative person, like myself, then add those special touches that will encourage you to plan. I added some washi tape, floral stickers and a motivational sticker to mine. I am looking forward to opening this up every day and seeing this beautiful page I created.
3. Make use of the extra features. There are so many pockets and holders in this particular planner. Play around with the essentials you will use most. This will help you stay organized. I added some planner stickers that I use most often, a pen and another encouragement card. The rest can come later as you actually use the planner.
That’s it! It’s all set and ready to go. I hope this helps you take that first step to be excited and encouraged to use your planner.
Happy Planning,
Shannon Martinez

It’s a very dreary day here in Hampton, VA but you inspired me to pull a few things out and to look forward to a 2021 where things are much brighter than they are today. Thank you!!!
